Metallocene Catalyst Solution Polymerization Platform

Apalene is a specialized high-tech enterprise dedicated to the research and development of metallocene catalysts, their production, and related polymerization process technologies. The company possesses a hundred-ton continuous catalytic polymerization pilot platform based on solution-phase processes, enabling the rapid industrialization of metallocene catalysts and their associated polymer products.

2-100,000 cSt Polyalphaolefin and Product Solutions

Apalene possesses comprehensive catalyst preparation, polymerization evaluation, and production facilities, enabling the production of mPAO base oils with a kinematic viscosity range of 2 to 100,000 cSt. Its product portfolio is extensive and covers a broad spectrum. The R&D team comprises professionals specializing in reaction engineering, organic synthesis, catalysis and catalysts, process scale-up and optimization, product development, and market promotion. This well-structured team provides robust support and assurance for the flexible customization of mPAO products and the design and optimization of product solutions.

Ethylene Oligomerization Technology for Producing High-Grade Linear Alpha-Olefins (LAO)

Apalene possesses a series of authorized and pending patents for ethylene oligomerization technology. These innovations eliminate the need for expensive MAO as a cocatalyst and address the issue of high polyethylene (PE) content prevalent in existing technologies. The company has now established a mature ethylene oligomerization process capable of rapidly enabling the commercial production of high-carbon linear alpha-olefins (LAO), thereby supporting the independent development of China’s high-end polyolefins and advanced lubricant materials.

Ethylene Trimerization

1-Hexene is an extremely important comonomer that can copolymerize with ethylene to produce high-end polyolefin materials with excellent comprehensive properties. Through strategies such as catalyst system optimization and polymerization process intensification, Apalene has achieved precise control over the activity and product selectivity of ethylene trimerization. The company has successfully developed a production technology for synthesizing 1-hexene via ethylene trimerization, utilizing an ultra-high-activity catalyst system that yields a product with 1-hexene content exceeding 90%.

Ethylene Tetramerization

1-Octene is an extremely important polymerization monomer, which can copolymerize with ethylene to produce high-end polyolefin materials such as C8-LLDPE and POE with excellent comprehensive properties. The ethylene tetramerization technology developed by Apalene for producing 1-octene (co-producing 1-hexene) features high catalytic activity, eliminates the need for expensive MAO as a co-catalyst, and addresses challenges such as high polyethylene (PE) content and low polymerization temperatures in existing technologies. This technology holds significant potential for industrialization.

Metallocene Catalytic Technology for POE (Polyolefin Elastomer)

Apalene possesses a solution-phase polymerization pilot platform based on metallocene catalysts, enabling the development or co-development of catalysts for clients engaged in the continuous solution copolymerization of ethylene with 1-butene, 1-hexene, or 1-octene under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions for POE production. The company also holds expertise and manufacturing technologies for metallocene catalysts, allowing it to supply commercial or customized catalysts. Apalene provides technical catalyst support to POE customers.

乙烯齐聚制高级线性α-烯烃(LAO)技术

亚培烯拥有一系列已获授权和在审的乙烯齐聚技术专利,避免使用昂贵的MAO作为助催化剂,并解决了现有技术中高分子PE含量高的问题,现已形成成熟的乙烯齐聚技术,可快速实现高碳LAO的商业化生产,助力我国高端聚烯烃和先进润滑材料的自主开发。

乙烯三聚

1-己烯是及其重要的共聚单体,可与乙烯共聚得到综合性能优异的高端聚烯烃材料,亚培烯通过催化体系优化和聚合过程强化等策略实现乙烯三聚反应活性和产物选择性的调控,成功开发乙烯三聚制备1-己烯的生产技术,所开发的超高活性催化剂体系,聚合产品中1-己烯含量大于90%。

乙烯四聚

1-辛烯是及其重要的聚合单体,可与乙烯共聚得到综合性能优异的C8-LLDPE和POE等高端聚烯烃材料,亚培烯开发的乙烯四聚制备1-辛烯(联产1-己烯)技术,催化活性高,可避免使用昂贵的MAO作为助催化剂,并解决了现有技术中高分子PE含量高以及聚合温度低等难题,工业化潜力巨大。

POE的茂金属催化技术

亚培烯拥有基于茂金属催化剂的溶液法聚合实验平台,可为客户在乙烯与1-丁烯、1-己烯或1-辛烯高温高压下连续溶液共聚生产POE过程中开发或共同开发催化剂,并拥有相应的茂金属催化剂制造技术和专业知识,可供应商业化催化剂或定制催化剂。亚培烯可为POE客户提供催化剂技术支持。
